Call it an update and a road map as to where we are going.  What kind of company are we looking to purchase, smart cards, auto electronics, blener switches...whatever.  The market segment PTSC we are looking at should be indentified by now...You'd think.  And is there a time frame for this to happen...Should be.  And maybe a statement about how they are working hard and do have the shareholders interest on their mind.  Communication is all we ask for.
