Hang on a second, please. Philips was given the chance to settle for $22 million so that gave an indication of likely license fee, add the two other signees in October/November and the $1.4 million already announced, and one arrives at $4.2 million for the 3 licenses, including Philips.

Philips was given the chance to settle for $22 million ...YES....together with NXP.
