This is not an rebuttal on you personally, but some of your words have my inital response to them. I believe you mean well. My best regards to you in advance.
<The 336 technology is pretty freakin amazing. Fact.>
With probably 10 months before an action by the USTPO.=risk
<Talk of ongoing M/A activity>
The talk has been silent for months now. Talk is just that, talk.
<And when greeneyes says:I know what I own.............she's referring to the technology folks.>
The technology may be perfect, it's the people implementing their perceived plan who can be infallable.
<It doesn't react like any stock I've ever owned and no other stocks that I have owned have had the potential to generate a very large return on investment.>
The key word is potential-still. The flower should be just beginning to blossom. Instead dissecting Phillips makes for an apparent longing for the early mover days while the rest of the time is spent hitting the nickel players. I suspect the necessity to have USTPO results before another major legal challenge with the behemoths of the industry still left to play while struggling to comprehend the acceleration of costs incrued. I can only imagine what the legal costs for the settlment will bring.
<If we are staying the course we need to objectively analyze events. Criticizing constantly is only bringing folks down. >
Sometimes critism is clouded in what is the absolute truth at certain times. Objective analysis is not influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts with the separation of an intellectual or material whole into its constituent parts for individual study.
We can be belivers to whatever we think is the perfect entity, but when those perfections are influenced and directed by others, we can be disapointed in the result.
