Yes, unless there is a provision for recurring royalties. If that is the case I'm sure there will be some kind of description of the deal a la "we are to receive annual/quarterly royalties for the next....". It's anybody's guess at this point - that mou seems to point to something out of the ordinary that hasn't been done by us before.

I could go for McNabb in a heartbeat. Based on the last few games I'd take Orton over Rex. Reads the field better and reacts better.
