Looks like January is pretty good. $19.433M in license revenue for Q2. Not bad. Big expense number but considering the settlement negotiations / stay were predominately done during the past quarter, I suppose it's to be expected.
I, like you, would like to see some communication from the company, but disagree that it should've/could've come BEFORE this filing. Now that this is out, Turley can have the stage and discuss some things that are pending.
That being said, if Philips paid $18M as it appears, then it certainly looks like the license fees are INCREASING, as it used to be about $1 in fee for every $1966 in revenue you made, but for Philips, $18M would represent $1 for every $1467 in revenue. So, roughly a 25% increase. Can you complain about that?
