Just to be clear, the expenses for the quater we slightly LESS than $10M, not $13M as you indicated.  That $13M is for the last TWO quarters.

As for licensing fees, I think they're about right at what WAS expected.  Philips was offered a deal at $22M and ended up working it out for $18M.   I'd expect Alliacense to go in high and negotiations to start there, not necessarily end there.  TEAC appears to be left out of this quarter's reportings for some reason.  Not sure why, but based on their revenues, I'd expect them to be a minor signing anyway (probably less than $1M).

As for communication from JT, the 10q was JUST filed.  Give them a day or 2 to comment in a PR before writing off that issue.  I believe it will come and probably sooner than later.
