Seriously. Should the company use some cash to buy back stock here at these prices, or conserve for M&A? I would think that if the Court settlement was as significant as we all hoped, then company ought to be out there grabbing what they can in the 40's and at the same time put in a floor so pps doesn't continue to slide. Other thoughts? Opty
