"I am not surprised at significantly increased legal fees/costs, if that is indeed what these figures represent in full.  Although not being a patent lawyer in a large firm, I cannot comment on whether the total number contained in this 10Q is "overboard" or not."

Hey Ron, FWIW, I asked a Patent Attorney his opinion on whether or not the legal fees were excessive as a result of mediation, preparation for trial, etc? His response below. Hope all is well my friend. Good luck to you, me, us, and all longs!

"Mediation can be costly, but trial and prep just before trial are typically the most expensive part of a case. Those are some pretty hefty legal fees...they were likely generated in anticipation of trial going forward. Hope you had a good holiday season...i guess we'll see what happened in April."
