based on my communication with Hawk...PTSC cannot buyback shares at this time just like the officers, employees, and BOD are restricted from buying also...per their response to me regarding the restricted buyback announcement...

 Ken:

"..My question is,does this mean the company cannot continue it's announced buyback program of the stock also till then, or can they continue since it was already announced and planned.."

I believe it is the former. I will let you know of any updates.
