As for the "transparent", I was suggesting that your post was a bash (just being honest in MO).

The requests for re-exam of the patents have been with the USPTO for over a year.  Their efforts will probably not be fully completed for a very long time to come.  How has it affected our licensing rate over the past year (most of which carried much more "urgent" issues of patent validity - the court process)?  And recently, how has it affected our licensing rate (like over the past couple of months, where the rate has definitaly accelerated)?

You need to do more DD, it appears.  Your suggestion in the subject line that there may be no more licensing until the USPTO is done has already been proven to be wrong, even if you thought the USPTO reviews only began/became known in Dec '07.  Thus, your post came across poorly.
