2ndmail - I probably should have used the word "major" events rather than "significant" events.  One could argue that the events weren't "significant" because the SP did nothing or dropped.  I consider the Markman and the Settlement two of the biggest events for 07. 

Investors should understand the following:  The SP will not rise based on what "could" or even what "will" happen in the future.   The SP will only maintain a significant gain when the company looks, feels, and smells like a very successful growth company that has generated consistent high level of income and diplayed consistent growth.  The market will not give Turley the benefit of the doubt under any circumstances.
