As a trader, I don't think so. I believe that the tape was painted yesterday at the close and without news it will go down to at least Wednesday's close.

I am still on the sidelines. There is way too much time to play before April.

Of course, that is only my opinion. I am only here for the $. Obviously Turley, Pohl, THE LAWYERS. and the rest of the cronies are making a TON, win lose or draw. When I think there is a good upside play I will jump in. The trend since the BIG NDA has been decidedly down. It will continue IMO. After going through the 10 Q I am more of the opinion that NDA and lack of material event reporting looks more and more like it was PTSC's request (or TPL) to hide "capitulation" as long as possible..
