I don't see how, as long as they don't "cross the line" by saying anything further about TX and are extremely careful in anything else they say. I think it would have been helpful if they'd issued a PR providing some of the clarification we've gotten here from Fut and others. The average Joe looking at the 10Q is lost, and probably walks away with the wrong impression.
I just makes me suspect that they don't want to say/do ANYTHING that may be in any way perceived as a "non-compliance/breach" by the Js, even with a long stretch of the imagination. For example, Fut provided clarity on what were probably legal expenses paid. Perhaps that info alone, through some intricate mathematical extrapulation, could expose a "number". Breach! But that info/clarity would be one of the most, if not THE most, "comforting" clarifications.
I can't help but conclude that the tighter they are, the more lucrative were the settlements.
JMHO, and I KNOW nuttin'!
