With all due respect, I believe your guesses are misguided.  Here's why:  If you were a CEO of a major infringer corporation, and one of the litigators in our dispute in TX advised you of even a ballpark settlement amount, would you ever consider hiring that litigator?  After all, it would be reasonable to suspect that he/she would reveal the terms of any deal he/she made for you in the future.

IMO, the best info anyone has is the info we've got.  The best they could do is form an "educated guess" IMO.  And once they engaged in converstaions with our team, they'd get a much better clue.
