Hi GE...........I have never posted that TPL must put the #'s in any PR..............All that i was trying to say today is that in my world things happen and people and co's play by their own set of rules and that there are ways to get around an NDA .....I am sure that they do what needs to be done without risking the NDA......

As we know the infringers have not played by the rules until TPL put the pressure on them............Nice guys/business finish last.....

It is ok that we disagree on my theory/belief that CO's break DNA's all the time and get away with it...........
