This is a nice idea but was attempted before and dismissed by Pohl. To protect your interests in a stock, your choices as I see them are to contact the SEC concerning whatever non-compliance you believe the Company has committed, or to file a class action shareholder action against the Company, it's BOD and Officers for the issue that one believes requires Court action. Complaining to the Company would foster little in my opinion.
