if the J's payment is shown as a receivable by PDS, will PTSC/JT be able to comment on it in the Q or PR?

I want to know how much per year PTSC can count on "if" they do have on going royalties through the life of the patents in 2015.

Doesn't PTSC have a fiduciary responsibilty to we the shareholders regarding the above?

It could be that future payments will be shown as a receivable to the partnership company,that was done in the past, if the amount has been predeterimined and the schedule of payments fixed.  If the payments are to be paid based on a formula then they are not yet a receivable and will be for all intent invisible until paid.  clearly any formula will not be disclosed as it would expose to future the licensee the formula, which they do not want. If we are to get bigger license fees with each signing then there is a formula to determine that ever increasing fee. and it must be part of our notification to all that are infringing.
