I like the idea of a poison pill above and beyond the current stipulation that in the event of a buyout rights of the MMP transfer to the other party. A poison pill that covers PTSC from ANY unwanted buyout attempts would keep TPL from following through on any funny thoughts.  That would put this idea of a TPL buyout to rest.
