The original filing happened on 12/26/07--notice that there is a section in the filing that states that the registrant will file a notice as to when the action in the original filing will take place. That was what today's filing was about--to let us know that the 13mil+ shares could now go on the market. The SH's knew all of this on the 26th--an IMHO, that has caused some of the decline in our sp. If you noticed, Dutton also mentioned the increase in # of shares in his last update. As milesstone or someone stated this am--just b/c this announcement was made does not mean that all of these shares will go on the block for sale. We have 391,272,101 shares at this point.
