What if PTSC was buying Intellasystems from TPL?  In that case, what would JT have to talk about?  Can't discuss settlement, and can't discuss M&A.  We want to hear about M&A, so if he ventures forth and does not mention it, that could be a signal, so hide until it is all worked out and announced.  In the meantime accumulate cheap shares that will be used to help finance the purchase.  Possibly the two big Js have provided production capability for PTSC within the Memorandum of Understanding.  TPL gets $ and PTSC shares and perhaps an IOU or Small % of the profits. TPL retains all the recently hired Alliacense people and expands IP enforcement/licensing as stand alone business.  Accelerated product development becomes the focus of PTSC led by Turley/Moore/Tredennick.  TPL continues to license MMP and split 50/50 with PTSC.  All in my humble and wild specualtion.  Opty
