Ok since the settlement there was one pr from JT. It was short and to the point. That's it folks.  That's all you're getting.  It was not his communication style. I suspect it was fed to him by TPL.  Ok nothing further and most are assuming it has something to do with the settlement NDA.  But it would seem to me that the NDA would not forbid JT from ever talking to PTSC shareholders. 

My question is this:  Did the interview cancellations prior to settlement have anything to do with the settlement negotiations?  That is what we assumed at the time.  Now, I'm not so sure.  What could possibly be so top secret?  Just trying to connect some of those dots by thinking outside the box, like someone suggested.   Opty
