Yep, I am still lurking. Right now I am waiting to hear back from a few doctor's I have calls into  and as that could be anywhere from soon to never I thought I might puruse the board and saw your post.

 Could it be that post(s) on a blog even one so highly regarded as Agora is, is not nearly as "significant an event" as a properly worded "shareholder letter", (and we all know a letter from you would be)?  Could it be that a shareholder letter is sort of like an "official" putting them (the company) on notice event.

 The SEC amongst other entities requires companies to be upfront and properly informative to shareholders especially when request are made for information.  However I do not think that these agencies find post on blogs to be properly submitted request for information.
