 I think the share count is pointless... whether your representing 1 million or 5 million shares... its impossibe to verify or validate. Pretty sure the BOD is not going to treat or act different to the letter based on any kind of share count.

However...considering you already presented a letter in the past.....i think that alone provides more than enough validation to the BOD on who you are..and who you are representing.....
