Then there are the licenses on the individual patented components, and finally the personal firearm license.

I wouldn't mind licensing to processor manufacturers a per unit percentage royalty and having them collect it back from system integrators. 1% or 2% of value of chips leaving factory gates. Look at financials and await the quarterly royalty check from each licensed manufacturer. Makes it much simpler and covers all chips.
