I must have missed some things. Exactly when was the perception that PTSC was working on something BIG? I'm not aware of anything, nor am I aware that PTSC had the capability of doing anything BIG. IMO this settlement is the first opportunity for PTSC to accomplish something which might be construed as being BIG.
