...it makes sense that Beatie did employing a bit of tactical strategy even if it did involve sacrificing himself to flush out the enemy (or in this case, more information). Happens in war all the time, so why not this arena?

Perhaps the deal with AMD does alot more than pencil an agreement, but in effect formally passes the baton to AMD`s legal team to run this stretch.
