Q3 Best To Date? Maybe $30M to PTSC Minimum?

Using the $1 in license fees paid per $1956 in revenues earned that the first 25 licensees paid on AVERAGE and assuming that the next 11 have paid NO more (though they BETTER HAVE - you hear me Lekky & JT!!!) and not assigning any hassle factor premium to the J's licenses from the settlement, PDS should have received a MINIMUM of about $72M in license fees from 12/1 to present. That's only HALF of the quarter, and represents what I'm hoping to be an EXTREMELY conservative estimate. With that in mind, and assuming the bulk of the legal fees were paid in the last quarter, but allowing for another $12M to be taken from the $72M before splitting between PTSC & TPL, leaves PTSC with ALREADY a minimum of $30M in cash for these last 7 weeks. A good start to what should be a watershed quarter.
While if the numbers are this conservative, it will probably be considered a MAJOR disappointment as it will mean that the J3 settlements were ordinary, I think it shows that things are steadily improving.
