Thanks for the response. Logically, I tend to agree with your comments about the limitations of the clause.

That being said, it seems to me that since PTSC has set a precedent whereby it discloses the amounts of license deals, either in an aggregate sense or individually, it would be irregular, and by my read, disingenuous to change that convention in the next 10q. There were 8 license deals in December (counting the J's as 3). If they deviate from the precedent to at a minimum report them in similar fashion, then it will be clear that PTSC is trying to hide the settlement figures, which would in my opinion, raise an eyebrow.
