1.  Notice that PTSC's purchase of stock in the open market was done so while there was DOWNWARD pressure on the stock price.

2.  at 44 cents Turley indicated that teh SP is SUBSTANTIALY UNdervalued.  This 9.27 is a,lmost a full month after close of business 8/31 and only 2 weeks prior to earnings.


3. likewise during this period Turley was able to purchase the warrants at reduced prices.

MAYBE HE's NOT as DUMB as everyone out there makes him out to be.

Maybe some of the bashers on this board are actually WORKING for Turley trying to get teh stock price depressed
