I'm sorry, obviously you missed the point of my message so I will be a little more direct. My point was that Chieftain Capital wanted a change and they were proactive and did something about it. You, on the other hand, want to pretend that you will somehow cause a positive change in ptsc management by posting your gripes on a message board. You see, head, this message board is read mainly by ptsc investors, potential ptsc investors, and I would imagine to a large extent by employees of mm's. So by posting your gripes here all you could possibly be doing is trying to get your message out to these people. If ptsc management reads this board at all I have full faith that they would not change any of their policy or management decisions because of what they read. IMO if you ahve a legitimate gripe with management you should voice that opinion directly to management so that they could consider the input and either accept or reject what you are saying. Positng gripes on this message board is not the best way tog et your messgae across. And this from someone who seems to pride themself with being an effective communicator.
And btw, I would certainly respect your opinion if you decided to do something about your gripes off of this message board. Getting together a group of people with similar concerns and confronting management about them is something I could respect. Even our newest negative poster, Mike, who seems to like to dwell on the possible bad things that could happen, not realizing that this board has already discussed all of these things in the past, gets more respect from me because he posts in the form of discussion. You don't post to discuss, you post to air your grievances.
