I hope PTSC is buying boatloads of shares at these prices.

Would like others opinion; if PTSC is truly buying shares currently, would they have to do it in small amounts daily otherwise the share price would start to go up.  So what I am trying to ask; Suppose PTSC wants to buy $30,000,000 worth of their stock, how would they go about doing so and getting the best deal possible? Would they then work with MM for the best deal and would this be illegal?

Mind you I am not a trader and have limited knowledge in what really happens in the background...so it maybe a stupid question.

BTW..I am hoping at least that mgmt. is buying back big time, money in the bank.
