I believe Turley stated that dividends and share buyback would be discontinued. Idea was to accumulate funds to purchase a company with income. I think buying stock cheap sends two messages. First that the company believes that the price of the stock is undervalued. That would cause the share price to rise. With the higher priced shares, they could buy a higher priced company with more potential for higher earnings. Corrections welcome. doc
