My only response to your post is: What was Sarbanes-Oxley's intension for the following:

material information regarding changes in the company's financial condition or operations as the SEC by rule determines to be necessary or useful for the protection of investors or in the public interest. (Include numbers or don't include numbers?)

I assume that Patriot is getting some guidance from the SEC(?)

I wasn't the first to bring this up, I think other posters were also asking how Patriot can exclude the $$$ figures in the 8-K.

The PR(s) has effected the SP in an extremely negative manner and unfortunately, the SP is everything and all that really matters in the end. If Patriot's SP never rises, our glowing fundamentals don't really matter.

Too many unknowns - I guess - as you and others have pointed out.
