Q1...  Swartz is no longer considered an insider.. he no longer owns any warrants.. even tho his attorney is on the BOD.. wink

Q2...  I hanv't do my goz-intwos sorry can't help you there, but the last numbers we had on Swartzy's  retail shares was b/t 25-30M..  he does not have to file inorder to sell shares, which I hope he has been doing all thru Nov & Dec..

13-G was last filed  2-9-07.. Hopefully we see what his holdings are in a coupla weeks..
