I want JT to find us a company on the Naz Small Cap to merge with or buy to get us off the OTCBB... I don't want to have to issue any more than 25 million additional shares plus cash.. depending on our take of the Js settlement.. perhaps an additional $25-35 mil..

oh.. and I want that company to then quickly net $50 mil/yr

... but then again this is not my proffessional specialty..
