Well, I do not BELIEVE, they had 38mio each, but with voting power for only 38mio = 9,9%.

I sent a mail to management regarding this issue (mainly I was asking, why Swartz Private Equity was not listed in that list at THAT time, but later at the next proxy) and the answer I received clearly stated, that they felt free, to list SPE here, but not there, just as they like...

And above all the continued selling since spring 2006 SEEMS to proof my BELIEVE.
