It's kinda funny how people interpret things differently....

When I read JT's note to shareholders, my take was a little different from that of many it appears.  That paragraph about insider trading I saw as laughable in one sense, in that he was merely stating the basic "law" as far as insider trading.  I saw that paragraph as purely a "signal" to shareholders. 

Think about it!  Why recite existing legal prohibitions against insider trading to those (the insiders) that are already very aware of the associated rules?  Totally unnecessary.  So what was the message to shareholders?  That the deal was small?  LOL
