Less than happy with "Director" arrangements

If PTSC is going to hire Directors it would be nice if those Directors spent significant time working on company tasks.

On PTSC's WEB page, under the "COMPANY" tab, we see at the bottom of the page two employees and 6 Board members. That's a total of 7 people since Turley is both the CEO and a Board member. Board members usually have specific but very limited responsibilities. No problem so far. http://www.ptsc.com/corporate/index.asp

Jim Turley, CEO
Cliff Flowers, CFO

Board Members:
David Pohl, Chairman
Helmut Falk, Jr.
Gloria Felcyn
Carlton M. Johnson
Nick Tredennick
Jim Turley

Then under the "INVESTORS" tab, under Management Team, (this is where it becomes unusual) we see the 5 Board members also holding the position (Title) of "Director". This suggests they are employees of the company with duties above and beyond their Board responsibilities. OK, so what?

Well if PTSC is compensating them for their work as Directors I'd like to know how they have the time to do anything meaningful for PTSC given their apparent other full-time jobs outside the company. Am I missing something here? Do these outside responsibilities sound like small part-time jobs?

Ms. Felcyn is a Certified Public Accountant and has been the principal in her own public accounting firm in Saratoga, California, since 1982.

Johnson is in-house legal counsel for Roswell Capital Partners, LLC, a position he has held since June 1996.

Since 1989, Dr. Tredennick has been the Chief Technical Officer of Tredennick, Inc., a technology consulting firm
