Thanks for your efforts (Emtnester - you're now a VP!).

This Ken guy doesn't seem to get it. The company statement does not answer the question: "Can PTSC, as a corporate entity, buy back its own stock?".

I really want to KNOW the correct answer to this simple question. Thanks again for your efforts and posting the (stupid, IMO) reply. I may try turning on Ken's light bulb myself....
