since a new discussion is going on about the following quarter number might not be a clear indication as to the amount of settlements (stretched over quarterly or annually); I would hope PTSC will buy shares (if no M/A is actually taking place).
IF PTSC buy shares, this might gives us an idea on the foward looking possibilities.
PTSC please do something forward looking in April...if not sooner.
