As you're probably aware, silence regarding the J-3 settlement is due to the NDA. 

The reason(s) for silence relating to all other matters is a complete mystery.  As the owners of the company, we don't deserve this silence and it is the reason for the shareholder letter some of us are supporting. 

This silence relating to all other matters has had a negative impact on our SP.  There better be a "very good reason" for this silence that knocked our SP down by a whopping 50%!!!!
