Is anybody able to imagine what are the causes of silence till mid of April? Who takes advantage of those sectretivenesses? The J's? - Why? Ptsc/TPL? - Why?? WE? - Of course NO!!

So what could be plausible reasons? Are there comprehensible explanations at least thinkable - in best or worst cases?
