You've mentioned many key factors why we have our current share price. It's a mixture of all ongoing things which at the end have an influence to the share price.

IMO, besides those facts and risks 0.42$ are much to low. However, after the a final aproval of the 584 this could change very quickly as TPL than has proven that they can contary to the claim rejections of the USPTO.
