From the disclaimer in the "alert" post about Wall Street Capital Funding's alert on PTSC:

"This profile is not without bias, and is a paid release. WSCF has been compensated for dissemination of company information on behalf of one or more of the companies mentioned in this release."

If PTSC is paying these types of "promoters" to get the word out, then we can expect VERY LITTLE from Turley.  I sure hope this is some kind of misprint or error that PTSC was included in this "alert".  This is bush league at it's finest!
