This Arm Brief filing is wrt the Fed Appeal of the Markman ruling regarding the '584 patent..  this is separate from the USPTO Reexam.  Tho I would not be surprised to see the USPTO drag their feet until the Feds rule on this Appeal... so they can then just follow the Fed ruling..  I only hypothosize this because the PTO initial ruling on claim 29 came directly on the heals of the Markman ruling.. strictly a hypothothetical, as the PTO may of course not wait.
