i agree with your post to the point we would be better off with ptsc managing the litigation.  for one.....tpl is experienced at this.  this is what they do.  our group would be best at collecting napkins and plates after the big boys had lunch.

i cant see how long we can spin this any other way.....  how long can the"think tank" take to even get a share holder pr regarding our financials ......we must be really busy.....cant update a website...cant update share holders....and some wonder why we are at $0.41.......we'll i guess they are busy managing an acquisition from their laptops at home. 

i think the casual investor does not even consider this company because of their track history.  the patents are awesome....the group that manages our 50% sucks.
