Before you start accusing people of telling lies, you might want to check things out first (because, at this moment, IMO, YOU are the liar). 

Ron had stated that he had no intent to share any personal info about who participated, their share count, etc.  But then he IMO "slipped up" and revealed that GE had participated in the prior shareholder effort (towards encouraging her to participate again, I believe).  This is what GE is taking exception to IMO.

While IMO a bigger deal is being made of it than necessary, such things can only be measured by the person affected, and the importance they place.

I suggest you back off.  These people are adults, and they'll sort it out and hopefully reconcile.  After all, WE ALL have the same desire for the success of our investment.
