AGAIN- Why could you not collect names, addresses and share count AFTER the retail community here is wronged in some way?  Why is it that you insist that this collecting of personal & detailed info be a part of this shareholder letter process?

IMO, it's a choice between proactive communication versus reactive dissent.  I would much rather know that PTSC is fully aware of shareholder sentiments before making a move than after the fact.
