thank you very much for your time, I accept and appreciate your point of view and it helps me to understand your motivation.

As I and others have said before (and you support this with your words), this letter is a statement by anxious shareholders, feeling left alone by the company they are invested in. In this way it is a "psychological need" to express their concerns. Thus it is right to do it - BUT what I'm trying (with others) to say: Do not be disappointed, if the company doesn't answer these questions anyway in the near future or if they answer it only generally speaking.

Another point: I'm very sure, you could write this letter in the name of the complete Patriot AGORACOM board, because in this or that way everyone here is highly interested to know more about the company's situation and future. In this way the share count would not be important, because the AGORACOM PTSC board not only represents more than those shares, you "have received" so far - IMO it represents the ONLY worldwide voice of the shareholders (which is definitely the reason, PTSC is paying for the AGORACOM services...because they know this).

AND as someone else said some days before (if I remember right), the question could be one only:

"Are you satisfied with the past and currents events = are the consequences of these events fitting to your plans for the company's future?"
