The '584 is certainly very much about Arm, but I don't believe solely about Arm, as IMO other chip producers (as well as Arm licensees) probably also infringe the '584. It appears that at the very least Toshiba, Matsu/Panasonic/JVC have licensed the'584 since they are being dismissed from the Appeal.. I have yet to see anything regarding NEC(EA) on the Fed Appeal Pacer site... perhaps I haven't looked far enough back.. perhaps this has something to do with their (NEC's) separate 'J' dismissal..
